The result of +2 Arts, Science and Commerce exam of Odisha state board has been announced today at 9:45 A.M. in the official result website of Odisha, www.orissaresults.nic.in. Before the online declaration of results, a provisional result handbook was released today morning. The council office at Bhubaneswar witnessed heavy rush of people for obtaining the result handbook.

In Arts stream, Amruta Priyambada of Ravenshaw Junior College, Cuttack topped with a total of 506 marks. In Science, Kitty Jain of KBR College, Cuttack topped with 557 marks and in Commerce, Bhawani Acharya of KBR College, Cuttack topped with 548 marks.

This year, a total of 218524 students had appeared for +2 exam (145231 from Arts, 52528 from Science and 20765 from Commerce) out of which 153336 students have successfully passed. 25504 students passed in first division, 48970 students in second division and 78862 students in third division. 3621 students who have got compartmental will appear for the Instant Examination.

The forms of Instant Examination for all the streams will be available in colleges from 21st May onwards which is to be filled and submitted at H.O/Zone Office by 26th May along with requisite documents and bank draft. The Instant Examination for compartmental students will be held from 8th June to 11th June 2010.
