Copyright Statement

Each member contributing a news article, event, classifieds entry, photo, video owns the intellectual rights of the content. Members are responsible for all content published by them and Odisha360.com is no way responsible for this.

However, Odisha360.com reserves all rights pertaining to publishing on Odisha360.com after the approval of any content by Editors. However, members will be contacted for their approval if the entire content of any entry would be reproduced by ADII anywhere other than Odisha360.com. However, the content would be attributed to the actual contributors during any reproduction including that on the Wall.

In case of Infopedia, the first contributor retains the rights over the content if the content would be reproduced by ADII anywhere other than Odisha360.com. In the similar manner as above, the content would be attributed to the actual contributors during any reproduction.

In case of paid and ghost authoring at Odisha360 Newsdesk, Odisha360 owns all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and publishing and reproduction rights of entire content of the respective entry on Odisha360.com or elsewhere, inside and outside ADII's publishing channels.

Any member (upon approval from ADII) can publish content of Odisha360.com by accessing through developer API or RSS feeds. Direct reproduction by shifting content to other server location is not permissible.
