Cuttack: The fifth edition of the Indian Premier League has brought exciting news for Orissa Cricket Association (OCA) and the thousands of cricket fans across the State as a 6 member representative team on Monday gave green signal to the preparations made at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack for the upcoming Indian Premiere League (IPL).

Two matches will be played at Barabati stadium in Cuttack.

Deccan Chargers would meet Delhi Daredevils on April 19 and Kolkata Knight Riders on April 22.

A six-member team on Monday visited the stadium, dressing room, press-box and had discussion with Ashirbad Behera, OCA Secretary.

Similarly a representative team of SetMax visited the stadium and was happy with the arrangements for the telecast of match.

Mr. Behera has said that, all preparations are complete to ensure that both players and fans get a great experience during these IPL matches. Moreover in comparison to 2010, there will be a 50 per cent discount in the price of the tickets.
