After KDDI au announced INFOBAR-C01 on Monday, Fujitsu’s ARROWS μ F-07D on Tuesday has claimed to have produced the slimmest Android smartphone in the world which is set to hit the market by this Friday by mobile carrier NTT Docomo.

The specifications list of the new device might not be as impressive, but they will certainly make it highly appealing among Android users .

The handset runs Android 2.3. It has a 4-inch OLED (Gorilla Glass) display screen with a maximum resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It has the form factor of 127 mm x 64 mm x 6.7 mm and weighs around 105 grams.

It features a Qualcomm MSM8255, functioning at a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 1 GB of internal memory, expandable with microSD-cards. The handset has a waterproof body and is just 6.7mm thick. It comes with 5MP CMOS camera along with various other functions like infrared connection, Wi-Fi (tetering for up to 8 devices ), digital TV tuner, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, 1,400mAh battery and has DLNA/DTCP-IP support and e-wallet function.

NTT Docomo will be offering the handset in “Sapphire Black” only.
