The huts were daubed with red soil and beautiful paintings were made on them. Each house had separate place for cooking, poultry and cattle.
Like every year people purchased tribal and forest products like honey, tamarind, turmeric, mustard, spices, kandula, broom and many other house-hold products from the Tribal Haat.
Apart from this the crafts item also caught the fancy of people. This time three pavilions were created at the venue to sell the crafts item including Saura painting and Dokra craft. Moreover cultural programmes presented by tribal communities, were special highlights of the fete.
