HC Grants Anticipatory Bail to Seashore Group CMD Prashant Dash

Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Wednesday has granted anticipatory bail to Seashore group CMD Prashant Dash, who was booked for cheating, conspiracy and dishonestly inducing investors of delivery of properties.

The High Court however has asked Dash to appear before the investigating officials (IO) before availing bail and to cooperate in the investigation process.

Earlier on September 4, the High Court ahd extended the interim relief granted to Prashant Dash and another director of the Group Subrat Dash restraining the Crime Branch from arresting them till September 20.

Apart from this the High Court had also granted anticipatory bail to five other directors of the company.
