Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday after returning from a six-day tour to New Delhi said that, he will think of taking action against suspended BJD MP and Odisha Jana Morcha (OJM) chief Pyari Mohan Mohapatra for his statements against him.

Replying to questions by the newspersons concerning the allegations levelled by Mohapatra, Patnaik rubbished the allegations and dubbed them as false and baseless.

To a question whether he is contemplating any disciplinary action against Mohapatra, Patnaik said, “I will think of action against Pyari Mohan Mohapatra.”

It is noteworhty to mention that, Mohapatra during the media conference of OJM on October 19 had accused Patnaik of violating the party’s constitution.

Mohapatra had also said that Patnaik had ceased to be the BJD president since July 2010 as there has been no organisational elections in the party.

He had also accused Patnaik of not keeping promises the BJD had made to the people during the 2009 state assembly elections.

Apart from this Mohapatra during OJM’s rally on October 28, alleged a tie-in between Patnaik and the Opposition Congress to bail himself out of the coal scam.
