Odisha BJP to Hold Organisational Elections in 22 Districts on November 21

Bhubaneswar: The State-unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), will hold its organisational elections in 22 districts on November 21.

Party’s central election officer Thabarchand Gehlot on October 26 had given a nod for polls in 27 out of the 37 organisational districts in the State.

Earlier on October 20, The organisational election process of the State BJP unit was halted midway as per the instruction of Gehlot following allegations of large-scale irregularities in the membership drive and tampering with the electoral rolls.
