On this occasion, Sesa Sterlite has distributed laptops to five meritorious students namely Durga Prasad Dora, Jayant Sahoo, Debasish Das, Sonali Rath and Ankita Sahoo of Kalahandi district in the presence of Sri Bikash Mohapatra, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Berhampur, Sri Bijay Ketan Upadhay, Collector, Mr. Jalaj Malpani, Vice President Finance(Sesa Sterlite Limited), Koustav Ratan Kundu, Head HRD (Sesa Sterlite Limited).
On this occasion, Mr. Malpani in his speech said that Sesa Sterlite has been creating a good rapport with the community and it is a matter of pride for them to be associated with the development of the region.
It is noteworthy to mention that Sesa Steel has been distributing free laptops to meritious students since the last 6 years. The company has also been actively involved in launching a campaign on girl’s education “OUR GIRL OUR PRIDE“.
