Bhubaneswar: KIIT & KISS founder Achyuta Samanta’s work in the field of education and social service is unparallel in the history of India, or even in the human history, said Hon’ble Dr. Justice Dalveer Bhandari, Judge, International court of Justice, The Hague. Justice Bhadari, who is touring Odisha, visited KIIT & KISS on Saturday. It is unbelievable how dream of one person can be translated into reality so beautifully, he said after visiting KIIT & KISS. What has been done by Dr. Samanta is unparallel in the history of India or in the history of humanity, he stated, adding that he has done a great service to the cause of education and tribal people of the country will always remember him.

Justice Bhandari received D.Law (Honorary Causa), which was conferred on him during 10th Convocation of KIIT University (November 8, 2014), at a special function at KIIT today. In his acceptance speech he said, education is indispensible for the development of downtrodden, especially tribal community. Only education can help them join the mainstream society. Education gives knowledge along with social security and success in life, he said. Suggesting that entrepreneurs should invest more in building learning centers, he said reputed universities like Oxford, Cambridge and Stanford are all set up by entrepreneurs or private trust boards.
