Bhubaneswar: The performance by the Odia girl Barnali Hota, famed for her singing talent in the national arena for the reality show “Dil Hai Hindustani” in the popular entertainment channel Star Plus enthralled the audience along with her band “Barnali and Euphony” – the exclusive group created by Star Plus by merging Euphony Band comprising of seven members from Maharashtra in the 14th edition of the Patha Utsav held on the Ram Mandir-Master Canteen stretch of the Janpath in the city on Sunday.
Barnali has also participated as the first contestant from Odisha in “Sa Re Ga Ma Little Champs” by Zee TV in 2011.

Apart from this, the special focus on the comics attracted a large number of children, who grabbed up everything from Chhota Bheem, Tinkle to Asterix. Odia comics Amar Chitra Katha, whose Odia version had gone out of print since the eighties, was also there to read.
Besides, about 100 KIIT University students were seen marching to apprise people about upcoming campus events. There was also a dance performance by a specially-abled student at the event.
Also, students were seen spreading messages on National Science Day (February 28) by displaying placards.
