Odisha Appoints New Doctors, More Recruitment Soon


Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Monday handed out appointment letters to 581 doctors across 30 districts to address the shortage of doctors and improve healthcare services in the state.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik distributed the appointment letters at a function held in Rabindra Mandap, here.

The government also announced that it would soon appoint 169 homeopathic and 50 ayurvedic doctors in the state.
