65th Odisha Police Duty Meet – 2017


Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday attended the closing ceremony of the 65th state police duty meet at Reserve Police Ground in Cuttack.

As many as 187 participants, including 40 inspectors, 48 sub-inspectors, 43 assistant sub-inspectors, 56 constables and 21 K-9 (dogs) from 37 police districts had taken part in the 3-day duty meet that started on Saturday.

The meet hosted various competitions such as observation and police portrait, scientific aid to investigation, medico legal test, fingerprint identification, photography, DNA fingerprinting, technical surveillance, cyber crimes, laws and rules, computer awareness test among others.

The successful participants were selected for the all-India police duty meet.
