Bhubaneswar: The 21st edition of Enterprise Odisha, commenced at the IDCO Exhibition Ground, Unit – III here, on Wednesday.
The theme of the event this year is “Odisha Marching Ahead: Inclusive, Innovative & Responsible”.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the event.
Around 70 companies from various sectors – such as start-up, mining, iron and steel, plastic, oil and petroleum, IT services, fertilisers, MSME, agriculture, education, real estate and tourism – will take part in the event.
Batoi Systems Pvt Ltd is one of the Corporate Contributor for the event and is exhibiting at the event .
Sessions on manufacturing sector – scope and challenges, ease of doing business, mining, tourism and plastic are also scheduled during the event.
Yi Innovex, a contest of innovative ideas between start-ups, and a fund-raising workshop for start-ups, was also inaugurated as a part of the event.
The participants had an opportunity to learn from successful entrepreneurs about their journeys, the challenges they faced and the social impact their ventures created.
Dr. S C Jamir, Governor of Odisha, has given his consent to attend the valedictory function of the event scheduled on December 16, as the chief guest.
