Bhubaneswar: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday announced the results of this year’s CBSE Class X examinations. The overall pass percentage is 86.7%.
This year, four students topped CBSE Class 10 exams scoring 499 out of 500. The toppers are Prakhar Mittal from DPS Gurgaon, Rimzhim Agarwal from RK Public school Bijnor, Nandini Garg from Scottish International school Shamli, and Sreelakshmi G from Bhavan Vidyalayas, Cochin.
In Bhubaneswar region comprising Odisha, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh, 89.27 per cent students have cleared the examination.
As per the source, more than 16,38,420 candidates registered for the Class 10 exam conducted at 4,453 centres across India and 78 centres abroad.
