Bhubaneswar: The 12th edition of the three-day Chausathi Yogini Mahotsav, an annual festival of performing arts was inaugurated here at Hirapur under Balianta block on Sunday.
City-based Nrutya Prativa is hosting the cultural soiree.
This annual festival of performing arts will witness a number of attractive performances during the three days.
The festival is being organised annually with an aim to highlight the cultural significance of the ancient Chausathi Yogini temple, a monument protected by the Archaeological Survey of India. It serves as a visual spectacle for the connoisseurs of classical music & dance.
