Bhubaneswar: Hundreds of enthusiastic early risers thronged the Patha Utsav, the temple city’s popular cultural street extravaganza, on the streets of Janpath on Sunday.
People from all walks of life joined the event and took part in various activities including walking, cycling, physical exercise, sporting events and cultural programmes.
During the event, some voluntary organisations organised special activities including games, painting, quiz and cultural programmes for children.
People attending the festival also witnessed street art.
The Patha Utsav aims at making the people understand that the street belongs to them. It is jointly organized by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation and the tourism department.
