Bhubaneswar: The fifth edition of the two-day Outreach International Radio Fair is all set to begin at Bhanja Kala Mandap here from February 13.
A number of local, national and foreign broadcasters are scheduled to take part in the mega event.
The fair will host events related to the broadcasting, disaster management, trailing history of radio, cultural programmes, and award sessions.
The fair will also witness a number of stalls of national and international broadcasters and community radios that will create awareness of radio and the whole radio broadcasting sector of the media.
The star attraction of the event this year will be the RJ Raunac from Delhi who is his famous for his on air comedy character ‘Baua’. In addition, legendary radio announcer Upendra Pahar Singh is also scheduled to take part in the event.
A number of other broadcasters from countries like Japan, Bangladesh and France have also confirmed their participation for the event.
