CHSE Bans Wristwatches, Mobile Phones in Plus Two Exam Centres


Bhubaneswar: As a precautionary measure to check incidents of question paper going viral on social media, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha today banned mobile phones in the exam centres including wrist watches during the Plus Two examination scheduled to be held from March 6 to March 28.

In addition, CCTVs have been installed at 936 out of total 1091 exam centres across the State.

Around 3.69 lakh students will appear in the exam this year.

The question papers will be sent to exam centres in the morning of the exam day amid police security.

While the exam for Science and Commerce streams is scheduled from March 6, the Arts exam will begin on March 7.
