Bhubaneswar: Nuapada districts’ faulty EVMs were swiftly replaced, says Odisha CEO.

In a booth located in an inaccessible area of Nuapada district, the poll representatives took immediate steps to replace the faulty EVM, said Odisha CEO, Surendra Kumar.

Similar to this, after 5 to 6 hours post voting in many booths, the EVMs and VVPATs suffered from technical glitches but the sectoral officers replaced the defective machines in approximately 30-40 mins.
