Bhubaneswar: Mango, the king of fruits is all set to woo customers at a five-day exhibition-cum-sale “State-Level Mango Festival-2019″ in the city that is scheduled to start from June 1.

Organised jointly by Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS) and Odisha Livelihood Mission (OLM) under the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department, the festival is aimed to provide an opportunity to the tribal families to exhibit and sell their horticulture/farm produce and interact with senior level Govt. functionaries and bankers.

In the festival, popular varieties of garden fresh and carbide free mangoes such as Amrapali, Daseri, Mallika, Lengeda, Baiganpali, Himasagar, Totapuri and Sundari shall be on display for sale.

The festival is slated to be held in the vicinity of the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD) campus near CRP Square here.
