Bhubaneswar: Noted dramatist, lyricist and screenwriter Bijay Mishra received the prestigious Jayadev Award conferred by Odia Language, Literature and Culture department, for his lifetime contribution to Odia film industry during the 30th Odisha State Film Awards, here on Thursday.
Odia movie ‘Bhija Matira Swarga’ received the best feature film award while filmmaker Akshay Parija received the prestigious Mohan Sunder Dev Goswami Samman for the movie.
Veteran actor Mihir Das received the best actor award for his outstanding performance in ‘Bhija Matira Swarga’. Versatile actress Archita received the best actress award for her performance in ‘Champion’.
