3 Minors Severely Injured as Truck Rams into a Roadside House; Driver Missing

Losing the balance, a truck has reportedly rammed into a house in Keonjhar. The incident has occurred near Dabri square area, which falls under Balani police. This made three minors sleeping inside the same house get critically injured. Driver of the vehicle is still missing, ever since the accident occurred.

310 Grams Brown Sugar Seized in Puri; 6 Arrested

Six people have been arrested in Puri after brown sugar worth 27 lakh, i.e., 310 grams is seized by the police. Anil Baral, Somanath Bhujbal, Balaram Bhoi, Krushna Chandra Bhujabal, Bauna Naik, and Bubuna Behera are reportedly the five people arrested by the Puri Police. Live bullets, a bike, a Safari Van, and smartphones have also been seized.

Heavy Rainfall Forecasted for Several Districts with Yellow Warning Issued

According to the Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar, heavy rainfall is predicted in several districts, including Ganjam, Gajapati, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Boudh, Balangir, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Khorda, Balasore, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, and Bhadrak. The department has issued a tallow warning for districts like Ganjam, Bargarh, Sonepur, Nabarangpur, Angul, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Keonjhar, Nuapada, Deogarh, and Mayurbhanj.

3 Ganja Peddlers Arrested with Ganja of around 50 Lakh

Ganja, which is estimated to be worth 50 lakhs, has been seized in Malkangiri. Reportedly, the 3 people have been arrested by the police in this context. The incident has occurred at Saraiguda village of Malkangiri district. The early stage of investigation suggests that the Ganja was being delivered beyond the border of the state.
