Sales / Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Description / Responsibilities: Sales executive will be responsible for converting customer calls into actual sales. This individual will be highly focused with specific goals. This individual will be in charge of leading and mentoring other team members. Specific responsibilities include:
1.Handling customer calls
2.Solving customer issues under stressful conditions
3.Converting initial calls into sales (specifically higher amount sales)
4.Work with and mentor other team members.

Requirements:
1.Strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
2.Ability to convert calls into sales
3.Ability to reply back to customer emails
4.Ability to work in a team
5.Experience managing small /large teams is a PLUS
6.2+ years experience in sales / customer service
