Description

"Responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating software development projects from initiation through implementation. 2. Develop high-level project plans and ensure the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders.
3. Develop and coordinate project schedules, resources, change requests.
4. Monitor and communicate the progress of project delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of project status.
5. Prepare high level functional requirements documentation.
6. Work with Program Managers, Director of PMO, and Vice President of Applications Development, to ensure quality and timely delivery of small projects.
7. Develop high-level project plans and ensure that scope is fully understood by all stakeholders
8. Articulate functional and technical concepts, as well as possess a working understanding of the inter-dependencies between technical tasks
9. Identify and track key project milestones and measurement reporting (base-lining, critical path)
10. Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the project life cycle"
