CTC: Maximum ₹3,60,000 per annumRole Objective:
Lead the company's human capital strategy by building a high-performing, value-driven, and scalable organization. The role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while aligning HR initiatives with the company's strategic growth and cultural goals.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3-6 years in HR Leadership, Talent Management, or People Operations, preferably in startups, healthcare, health-tech, or technology-driven organizations.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in end-to-end HR operations (Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, and Retention)
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy formulation
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to design scalable HR systems and drive organizational culture
- Exposure to tech-based HR tools (HRMS, ATS, KPI dashboards) preferred
