1. Inspection of allraw material & testing required from external lab.
2. Sieve Analysis Done in Daily.
3. Inspection of all incoming raw material & testing required from external lab.
4. Conducted Concrete Design Mix Trial.
5. Physical Test for all Raw Materials done in a weekly.
6. Water Correction made & gives to Batching Plant.
7. TM measured for Slump & recorded.
8. Sample casted for different grades & Cube Testing Daily.
9. Concrete Yield Test & recorded update.
10. Supplying different grades of concrete
M10, M15, M20, M25, M30, M40, M40PT, M25SCC, for the industrial
infrastructure development activities which included precast columns, slabs,
Beam, Footing etc.
11. Experience for various grade of concrete mix design special concrete like SCC,
Screed, and VDF etc.
