Description
Sales Strategy Implementation:1.Assist in the execution of regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for the hotel.
2.Support the development and execution of annual sales plans and initiatives tailored to the region.
3.Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and potential target clients.
Client Relationship Management:
1.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key partners.
2.Respond to inquiries, handle requests, and proactively engage with clients to convert leads into sales.
3.Organize client meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Generation and Business Development:
1.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, focusing on corporate, group, and leisure sales.
2.Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, increasing hotel visibility and reach.
3.Track sales leads, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
Sales Support & Coordination:
1.Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and quotations to potential clients.
2.Coordinate with the hotel operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked events and services.
3.Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are logged and followed up on effectively.
