Job DescriptionHR Operations & Onboarding
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
2. Coordinate smooth onboarding of new employees, handling joining formalities and orientation
3. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
4. Support payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, and employee database management
5. Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and salary components
Office Administration
1. Monitor and manage day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations
2. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, courier handling, and basic facility support
3. Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and official events
4. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and administrative policies in the workplace
