Badi Chura

Ingredients:
  • 15-20 Urad Dal Badis
  • 6-7 flakes of Garlic
  • 2 chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • Some roasted peanuts
  • 2-3 drops of Mustard Oil
  • Salt to Taste
Method:
  1. Heat a pan. Roast the Badis.
  2. Coarsely grind Garlic, Onion, Chillies, roasted Peanuts and Badis.
  3. Add salt and Mustard Oil to the above mixture.

Your dish is ready. Serve it with Pakhal.
