Chunna Machcha Bhaja

Ingredients:
  • 500 gms Chunna Machcha
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2-3 Onions (sliced)
  • Salt to Taste
  • 4-5 tsp Refined Oil
Method:
  1. Wash the Fish throughly and drain excess water from it.
  2. Add Onion, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Salt.
  3. In a pan add 2 tsp Oil, When oil is hot, add the mixture to the pan.
  4. Add 1-2 tsp oil to the pan (if needed). Cook till the Fish turns brown from both the sides.

The dish is now ready to be served hot with Pakhala.
