Chunna Machcha Bhaja
- 500 gms Chunna Machcha
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2-3 Onions (sliced)
- Salt to Taste
- 4-5 tsp Refined Oil
- Wash the Fish throughly and drain excess water from it.
- Add Onion, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Salt.
- In a pan add 2 tsp Oil, When oil is hot, add the mixture to the pan.
- Add 1-2 tsp oil to the pan (if needed). Cook till the Fish turns brown from both the sides.
The dish is now ready to be served hot with Pakhala.
