Biraja Temple

Built in 13th century and located at a distance of 125 km North, from the capital city Bhubaneswar, the temple is located in the holy district of Jajpur. It is considered to be one of the ancient Hindu temples in India. The presiding deity of the temple is goddess Durga who is worshipped by the name of Viraja.
