Odagaon, located at a distance of 26 km from the headquarter town Nayagarh, is famous for the Temple of Lord Raghunathjeu built in 1903. It is one of the famous temples in Odisha, located at a distance of 120 km from the State capital. The temple is dedicated to Lord Rama. Rama Navami is the most important festival celebrated here.
It is beleived that the renowned poet of Odisha, Upendra Bhanja, meditated here and attained perfection in the Rama Taraka Mantra.
