  • 500 gms cut fish
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup oil


Cooking Method

  • Wash the fish throughly and drain excess water from it.
  • Mix the cleaned fish with the rest of the ingredients and let marinate for 15 mins.
  • In a pan add oil, When oil is hot, add fish pieces to the pan.
  • Cook till the Fish turns brown from both the sides.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and onion and serve hot.
