- 500 gms cut fish
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup oil
- Wash the fish throughly and drain excess water from it.
- Mix the cleaned fish with the rest of the ingredients and let marinate for 15 mins.
- In a pan add oil, When oil is hot, add fish pieces to the pan.
- Cook till the Fish turns brown from both the sides.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and onion and serve hot.
