- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 2 and half cup water
- 150 gm jaggery
- Salt to taste
- 500ml refined oil (for frying)
- Take a wide mouthed pot. Add water, Jaggery and Salt and stir it.
- Once the water starts boiling, slowly go on adding wheat flour to the pot and stir continuosly to make a dough.
- Allow the dough to cool.
- Once the dough gets cool. Make small small balls and flaten it using your hands.
- Fry in oil and take them out on a tissue paper to absorb extra oil.
