Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Ensure drinks are accurately and consistently made, with attention to presentation and quality.

2. Guest Service:
Welcome guests to the bar and engage in friendly and professional interactions.
Offer beverage suggestions, explain the drink menu, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.

3. Order Management:
Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
Manage and balance multiple drink orders simultaneously during busy periods.

4. Menu Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions.
Be prepared to answer questions and provide information about drinks.

5. Cleanliness and Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper stocking of bar supplies and glassware.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Regularly clean and sanitize bar equipment.

6. Upselling and Salesmanship:
Promote special beverages, limited-time offers, and upsell premium liquor and cocktails to increase revenue.
Encourage responsible drinking and monitor guest alcohol consumption.

7. Billing and Payment:
Present and explain bills to guests, process payments accurately, and return change promptly.
Handle guest billing inquiries and issues professionally.

8. Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring beverage inventory levels and reporting low stock to the Bar Manager.
Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in placing orders for supplies.
