Description

1. Understand customer’s business needs and provide solutions on it.
2. Understand the existing ecosystem of the Customer and devise the best processes to Integrate with existing systems of the customer.
3. Work with customers in a consultative approach and suggest the industry best practices for the solution to be implemented.
4. Define Project Charter with customer and execute it making the customer live within the agreed timeframe.
5. Actively involve with customer and act as a Key Point of Contact for all customer discussions & escalations.
6. Must have good documentation skills and be well versed in writing/reviewing BRDs, FSDs & SRS.
7. Must have experience in multiple SDLC methodologies.
8. Work with UI and UX teams to create design specs and developing visual and interaction design specifying application workflow.
9. Work closely with internal team to ensure better service to customer.
10. Work closely with the product development team to share client feedback and for post-implementation reviews.
11. Work with technical team to perform the functional testing and support the regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the testing phase.

Requirements:
1. A bachelors or master degree in engineering (CS/IT/EC).
2. 5-6 years of mandatory experience in Implementation of Software products.
3. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/task simultaneously.
4. Hands-on documentation and has good presentation skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
