Description

1. Work closely with organizational leaders to develop target income goals.

2. Goal oriented and self driven.

3. Must create a sales plan that meets specific benchmarks and offers room for growth.

4. Work hand in hand with a marketing team to ensure that the company has a strong presence and is reaching the right client base.

5. Meeting with clients is an important part of this job.

6. Developing strong relationships with individuals and businesses that are current or prospective customers.

7. Work with a team of sales representatives that assist in selling products and services.

8. Must recruit, train and supervise a sales team.

9. Developing sales and expense reports is a critical aspect of this job.

10. Must have strong communication and analytical skills
