Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Order Delivery:
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, following established service standards.
Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction during the meal, addressing any concerns or requests.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests in a timely manner.
3. Menu Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
Be prepared to explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Offer suggestions for wine and beverage pairings if applicable.
4. Upselling and Salesmanship:
Suggest additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages, to enhance the dining experience.
Promote special menu items or promotions effectively.
5. Cleanliness and Organization:
Set up and maintain your designated section, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings.
Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and organization.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Billing and Payment:
Present and explain bills to guests, process payments accurately, and return change promptly.
Handle guest billing inquiries and issues professionally.
7. Teamwork:
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Assist fellow servers and team members as needed.
Job Requirements
revious experience as a server or waiter preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
