Job Description: We are seeking for a Corporate Client Representative (preferably female) to join our team.She will be responsible for managing and nuturing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely, efficient, and high quality healthcare services.
Responsibility:
1. Understanding client needs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver optimal solutions.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, including medical professionals and administrative staff, to fulfill client requests and orders.
3. Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively,
4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and anticipate their healthcare needs.
5. Assist the sales team with client acquisition and retention strategies
