1. Complete knowledge on local and upcountry markets for purchase of materials

2. Should be willing to travel extensively for finding out new markets for quality products

3. Capable of Identifying new millers/whole sellers/traders & farmers for procurement

4. Should be in contact with millers producing range of grocery products throughout India with good face value

5. Should be capable enough to identify and purchase quality materials

6. Should be a good negotiator

7. Should guess present and future market trends and plan procurement accordingly

8. Should be updated with market price on day to day activities

9. Good Knowledge of Rules and Regulations of FSSAI
