Introduction

User Accounts
- To access certain features (posting jobs, resumes, business listings, or events), you must register for an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login information.
- Odisha360 reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse or violation of terms.
Content Submissions
- Users may post jobs, resumes, events, business listings, or other content where permitted.
- All content must be accurate, lawful, and non-misleading.
- Odisha360 may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates policies.
Subscription & Partner Services
- Paid services such as Prime (individual) and Premium (organization) plans are billed annually.
- Partners (Jobs, Business Directory, Travel & Events) are governed by their respective agreements in addition to these terms.
Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Batoi’s payment systems.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated, unless mandated by law.
Intellectual Property
- All site content, design, and branding belong to Batoi Systems Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
- Odisha360 provides information “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from use of the site.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction rests with the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
