The Bhubaneswar College of Engineering (BCE) is the brain child of a highly qualified technocrat with engineering degree from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri & MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and also with experience in promoting Mic ro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state of Odisha for last 30 years.
