The plant premises at Sunduria, Neulapur (Near Chandikhol), Jajpur, Orissa. The company set up a Chrome Ore Beneficiati on Plant (COBP) under first phase of its project implementation plan at its above plant premises with a provision to set up further facilities such as chrome briquetting/ pelletisation plant; Low carbon Ferro Chrome plant; Manganese beneficiation and EMD (Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide Plant). To Carry on the business as producers, manufactures, processors, converters, refiners, makers, bottlers, stockiest, dealers, importers, exporters, traders, retailers, agents, buyers, sellers, of oxygen, acetylene, ammonia, nitrogen, hydrogen, coal gas, helium and other types and kind of gases, for industrial and health care use, domestic use, oil, motor and aviation spirit, agro, hydrocarbon oils and their blends, and to manufacture, buy sell, let on hire and deal in engines, electrode, transformers, gas cylinders, compressors, welding machine, and other apparatus and conveniences which may seem calculated to promote the consumption of gases. To carry on business of mining, importers, exporters, processors, traders, buyers, sellers, distributors, stockiest, agents and brokers and commission agents of mineral and ores, of coal, coke and their related by products, bauxite, iron ores, manganese pre, chrome ore and concentrates, limestone, granite, quartz, silica sand, dolomite, salt ferrous and non ferrous metals and their ores and concentrates, pellets, zinc, lead, copper, tin, brass, precious stone, manganese, silicon manganese, magnesium, and their related products of metals, utensils, and jewelry made wholly or partly from any one or more of the metals and materials mentioned herein, pig iron, sponge iron, alloys of steel, ferroalloys, ferrous and non ferrous scrap and to take lease , prospecting licenses or rights, working protected areas relating to all kinds and types of minerals, stone, and other precious and semi precious stones, ores and valuable substances from earth mineral or other lands.
