The Board of Directors is accountable for the strategy and organization of Magnum Group of Companies and the management of Magnum’s operations. The Board appoints the Group Managing Director (CEO) and Unit Level Directors (Head of Business Unit) who are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in accordance with guidelines from the Board. Group Managing Director ensures that the Board is updated regularly on issues of importance to Magnum. This includes updates on business development, results, financial position and liquidity. Committees of the Board of Directors: The Board of Directors has established 6 Committees: If deemed appropriate, the Board of Directors and each Committee have the right to engage independent external expertise, either in general or with respect to specific matters. Prior to the Board meetings, each Committee submits the minutes from Committee meetings to the Board. The Chairman of the Committee also reports on the Committee work at each Board meeting. []
