The 21st All India Triennial Conference of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) is scheduled to take place from February 6 to 8, 2026.The conference serves as the supreme decision-making body for the BMS, which is currently the largest trade union in India. Delegates from across the country gather every three years to:
- Review Reports: Discuss the General Secretary's report on activities over the past triennial period.
- Pass Resolutions: Debate and pass resolutions on critical issues such as the implementation of labour codes, contract worker regularisation, and social security.
- Elect Leadership: Appoint the national office bearers for the next three-year term.
- National Policy: Align the union's strategy with its core philosophy of "Rashtra Hit, Udyog Hit, Shramik Hit" (National Interest, Industry Interest, Labour Interest)
