KOSAMB 2025 is a major cultural and crafts festival, a National Level Pallishree & Zilla Swadeshi Mela, happening in Balasore, Odisha, from December 22 to 28, 2025, at the Reserve Police Line Ground, featuring handicrafts, handlooms, SHG products, live demonstrations, food, and cultural shows with Bollywood/Ollywood performances, organized by ORMAS & District Admin to promote "Vocal for Local".

This event is a significant celebration of rural India's rich traditions, organized with support from the Panchayati Raj Dept & Mission Shakti.
