Minimum of 2 years of experience in NBFCs catering to affordable segments, with a proven track record of building a quality portfolio.
Strong commitment to achieving the targets of disbursement month on month
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Basic Local Language knowledge preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of a new organization.
