Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a leading Pathology and Diagnostic Center, with operations in both Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the healthcare sector.
Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for pathology and diagnostic services in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
2. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to generate referrals.
3. Educate potential clients on the available diagnostic services, packages, and benefits.
4. Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to promote services and establish partnerships.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales activities.
6. Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
7. Organize promotional activities, seminars, and health camps to increase brand awareness and sales.
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
