Description

To check vitals of patients, assist doctors during surgery, and follow doctor’s orders. Maintaining and updating nurse’s notes and other charts and registers. To provide pre medication to patients as instructed by surgeon. Preparing the OT for Surgery, to ensure OT are neat and Clean, maintain personal hygiene and comfort of patient. To be very careful about bed ridden patients so that they do not develop bedsores To take pathological samples and send them to the laboratory for testing To counselling & provide psychological support to patients. To adhere to biomedical waste disposal norms Maintenance of Reports & Records Vital charts. Input and Output charts. Nursing Assessment Report Medication Reports. Other records as per NABH guidelines.
